TCT has created this FTP site for the convenience of our customers. This section allows our customers to upload important files, download updates and perform off-site backups. To logon to the FTP site:

1. Click the link below.
   ftp://24.159.50.10
2. Then click "FILE" then "Login As"
3. Enter your username and password that we assigned you
4. You should then be able to access your directory.

You can use your FTP directory just like a directory in Windows Explorer. For instance, you can copy a file, then paste it to the FTP directory. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
